I highly recommend ABC Auto Body Shop, especially Eli! He was incredibly dedicated and went above and beyond to get my Tesla repaired as quickly as possible. He helped me with everything throughout the process, including dealing with my insurance, and always kept me updated. He even went the extra mile by charging my car while it was in the shop. A friend recommended him to me, and I'm so glad I trusted him. Super professional, reliable, and trustworthy. I would definitely encourage everyone to go to him, and I will definitely return in the future! My car looks brand new!

This is my 3rd time working with Al, Jocelyn, and ABC Autobody and each time they’ve taken care of me. The quality of repair that they perform on my vehicle each time is of the highest caliber - and that isn’t even what makes ABC great. When it comes to dealing with insurance - they always have your back. When it comes to acquiring your rental - they work with the enterprise not even 5 minutes from the shop, so it’s seamless. Each time an enterprise rep is already on site to take me to their lot to grab my rental. I just picked up my car today and Al and his team even returned my rental on my behalf. There is a ton of stress and headache that comes with dealing with car stuff. ABC takes a lot of the stress away - they’re great at what they do. I’ve recommended them to my friends numerous times because I believe they are the best body shop in the valley - probably the best in Los Angeles overall. If you are in Los Angeles, and need body work done, give ABC a call and they’ll take care of you. 100%

1st time customer, ABC Auto Body Shop is the place to go to for your Auto Body needs. They get the 5 of 5 stars in every important way (paintwork, repairs, customer service). The process was smooth and they had me in and out so I could get back to work in a punctual manner. Highly recommend.

It took me awhile to post this but they definitely deserve 5 stars, but I will be brutally honest. First impression of the place is , they are super busy. I was in an accident, and went to a few other places to get an estimate, and they all said I needed to make an appointment. NOT AL. He came out, looked at my car, and gave me a few options (insurance or out of pocket), and I left with a ballpark estimate. It ended up being an insurance claim, and here is where I was super impressed. I gave the girls in the office my information, and I had to do nothing from that point forward.They dealt with my insurance, and repaired my car. I was given an time estimate of a week to 10 days initially, and I did call a few times to check the status, but they were super busy, and I could never get a fixed completion date. Luckily we had a second car and this was no issue. It took 3 weeks, to repair my car, but we are very happy with the repairs. They even cleaned my engine, and detailed my car. The damages to my car were the front bumper, the fender and my mirror was clipped. PROS: Great work, great dealing with insurance, above and beyond CONS: It took a little longer than expected, but in their defense they were busy.

ABC Auto Body is the best place for auto body work. Alfred is very nice and did “extra” work in my car. He is easy to talk to and delivers everything he promised in perfect condition. Am very pleased with my 14 year old Camry that looks like brand new when it was done. Only took 4 days in the shop. Had ride home when I left and picked up my car. Nice place for auto body jobs. I have been to other auto body but ABC will be my shop now. Will recommend to my family and friends.
