I had a very disappointing experience with Vicki while inquiring about a back windshield replacement for my vehicle. I acknowledge that I wasn’t fully prepared with all the necessary information (VIN number and the color of the window tint) and understand this could be frustrating. However, as a customer unfamiliar with the process, I expected patience and guidance. I asked for a moment to retrieve my VIN number, and then needed clarification re: the color of the window tint. Vicki’s response—“Is this YOUR vehicle you’re calling about?”—was unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. Additionally, when I asked what was included in the $500+ quote compared to another local company, she cut me off, saying, “I don’t know what other places do.” When I told her it wasn’t unreasonable for me to ask questions about a service I’d be paying out of pocket for, she sarcastically laughed and begrudgingly said, “Go ahead…” Most of her responses were dismissive, and she appeared very inconvenienced to be having this phone conversation with me. When I attempted to obtain contact information for the owner/management to share my experience, I was shocked to learn that Vicki is the owner of the company! This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially from the person who represents the business at its highest level. Customer service should reflect professionalism and a willingness to assist, especially when dealing with customers unfamiliar with the process or facing expensive repairs. My experience with Vicki and Abe’s Auto Glass in Howell was quite unfortunate, and for that reason, I absolutely would NOT recommend their services.

First off, what a great staff they have, and they're willing to work with you!! They do great work very fast too!! It was the best quote for a windshield I got from here to Ann Arbor were I live. Highly recommend this place for any glass repair. And it was wroth the drive from ann arbor to do business with!

I needed two storm windows for my front porch and I had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what I was doing. Vicky helped me find exactly what I needed and made the process SO easy. I ordered one window at a time, per her recommendation, and I'm glad I did because it turned out that each window had slightly different dimensions! They were able to get both the windows done quickly (within 24 hours, I swear!) - the best part is, they both fit PERFECTLY! Thank you for all the help!
