Katy in the office is the sweetest and so helpful. They were able to get me in the same day to look at the issues with my vehicle and were very detailed with their diagnosis! Great all around service.

In regards to Able Auto and Truck Repair, they were referred by AAA, Thank God they did. If not, I would have gone to the Dealership, no sooner I walked into their lobby I was taken care of, discovered they are very professional and curiosity, more so with how they kept you informed of the status of your repairs, via email, pictures with written description attached, plus the turn around for the repairs was outstanding, they will be my Mechanic shop for the future, so grateful I discovered them. Please note that this occurred prior to the holidays. 🙏

10/28/2024 UPDATE: I love coming here. This is customer service done right! Katy is the best. They have been around for a long time. They are knowledgeable, dependable and fast. As an added bonus, they document everything so well. It was a nice experience. First and foremost, I thought the staff listened to me. Also, they were very personable, & gave a strong impression they knew what they were doing.Time will tell if the job was done well but for the time being, I'd use them again.

I was not at all satisfied. Kaye the receptionist was not forthright in her communication about my car’s cost. She said that the inspection would be a part of the work that was going to be done on the car. What she failed to say was the range of the cost of what appeared to be wrong with the vehicle, when it came time after the inspection to give me the cost, it still wasn’t clear what the problem was and that in the diagnostic portion that was $195 had been made and still there was not clarity on what was wrong with the vehicle only that they had to order the part and total with labor it was around $800. And when we first spoke, she communicated that the cost was not expensive because of the type of vehicle that I had. So I was lead to believe that the cost of o repair the vehicle was of low cost. When I told her I was not interested in the repair and claimed that after the Diagnostic Inspection that still the mechanic wasn’t clear on what the actual problem was. She tried to tell me that I was going to continue to have problems with the car. Trying to keep me as a customer, however I completely lost faith in this shop. I would encourage anyone that goes to them to have them really be clear as to the direction of the problem with your vehicle and the cost because in the end $195 for just a diagnostic inspection and still not clear what the problem was is not good service in the times that we are living in every single dollar affects us and so we have to be wise in our choosing of shops and where we don’t appear to be misled. In my opinion, I just felt misled.

I’m very happy with the repairs Able Auto did on my 2017 Silverado 2500 HD Duramax… very professional. I will definitely use them again.
