Above & Beyond Auto Body Paint And Accessories

Got a quote from them in July for a truck top and paid it. Was told it’s a 14week wait. Longer than usual but no problem. It’s now end of December, 20 weeks later, and we haven’t heard from the vendor of SnugTop if it’s even made yet. I just got asked for my VIN again and I’m not sure what that means. I might cancel and go to a place with a different brand of tops. I feel that Above and beyond is a good company but they fall short at pushing vendors to keep dead lines. If the top shows up in a week I’ll add a star back to the review.

So I bought a Mach one bumper with functioning lights it came unpainted, my brother in law heard about this business and recommended them to me and glad he did. When I took my car and bumper to them they were 100% honest with me from the start, they said the bumper could potentially come out ugly and deformed once installed because they deal with a lot of after market parts and they have seen that happen before so they told me they would test fit it and and if it looks good they would proceed and give me a call. The bumper didn't fit exactly like it should’ve but they shaped the bumper to fit perfectly to my car, they color matched it and installed my bumper. The outcome was amazing! Get this, they even cleaned out my engine bay and washed my car, not once but twice. Highly recommend this place, the staff and owner are super chill and respectful. 10/10 will post pics

Robert towed my Jeep today (via AAA roadside service) and definitely went Above and Beyond! He noticed the issue I was having w my Jeep and helped me find a way to resolve it better than I could have on my own! I appreciate all the time he took and resources he used to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely would recommend this company based on Roberts service alone. Also, his team was very attentive and quick to help him, help me. All around a very pleasant experience in an unpleasant situation. Thank you so much to Robert and his team.

Hands down best automotive repair facility in the Central Valley. The professional staff took care of my truck like it was their own. Great customer service and communication was top notch from start to finish. I would definitely recommend their services and would use them again if the situation were to ever arise.

Customer service was at the highest rate. My car was given to me looking so awesome and they detailed it. Very satisfied with their work. The only down thing was that they didn’t plug-in my side door speaker. Besides that this place is awesome
