We left Canada on Oct 11th with our RV and had just gotten an inspection done on it at the shop. They had to replace the AC compressor and alternator belts as they needed it. Not long after leaving the shop the RV started to overheat, so I went back and they head mechanic apologized as they mechanic working on it had installed the belts on the wrong pullies. He changed them and off we started our drive from Canada to Texas for the winter. We were three days into the trip when a loud screeching noise started from the engine area near the town of Jeffersonville, Ohio, so we pulled over at the Flying J off the interstate and called Above the Line Repair to see if they could help. It was around 18:00 that evening, which one of the owners Josh answered and without hesitation new exactly what the issue was with the RV and arrived at our RV a quick 30minutes later. It took Josh and his team approximately 5minutes to diagnose that the AC belt was broken due to it not being tight enough on the pulley, which caught the alternator belt and took it off its pulley. Since this was after hours and on a weekend, Josh had to pull some strings and find a belt for us, which after several calls he did. 1hr later they had installed the new belt and tightened the pulley. They had quoted us a price, which didn't include the travel and they were so great that they honored their quote to make sure we were happy. We would highly recommend Above the Line Repair for any mechanical issues. Thanks so much for allowing us to make it to our final destination on time fellas.

we agreed to call in half an hour and I had to tell him the parking place of my driver so that he would drive up. He did not pick up the phone for a long time and finally, on the 5th time, he picked up the phone and said that he could only come tomorrow, it was not professional.

My semi broke down and I was referred to them and within 2HRS WE WERE PICKED UP WITH OUR SERVICE DOG AND TAKEN TO A HOTEL. THEY PICKED US THE NEXT DAY AND HAD THE DRIVE LINE BACK TOGETHER AND ROLLING. FAST RELIABLE NO NONSENSE TYPE GUYS. IF I COULD GIVE TEN STARS I WOULD. CHECK THEM OUT YOU WONT B DISAPPOINTED

These guys know their job ! I had big problems with the clutch and I stopped at TA truck stop and repair shop, Jeffersonville, OH. The mechanic (night shift) checked out my truck,but was unable to help me ,and advised me to go to a Volvo dealer,but I called Above The Line repair shop ,explained them symptoms,and two mobile mechanics came. They fixed the clutch in less than half an hour and the price was reasonable. The guys are very knowledgeable and friendly . Highly recommend !
