The work they did was really good. They kept me up to date with everything going on and had good customer service. The biggest issue I have is it looks like (I’m assuming) one of their mechanics used a scale I had in the back of my car. There’s shoe prints on it, which I have never stepped on it with shoes on. I tried to get everything out of my car when I came by to sign paperwork authorizing them to do work on it, but had a bad battery so couldn’t get in my car to clean it out. I get the temptation is there when they see a scale, but the employees shouldn’t feel it’s “free use” if they see it when they’re working on my car. It’s not their property to use. It was under a foldable table I also had on top of it, so it had to of been removed for them to get on it. At least clean up the evidence if they decided to use it.

I was rear-ended by someone else and was connected to ABRA Auto Body through their insurance and I was very pleased with my experience. I was able to speak with somebody when I called, they got my car in quickly and my car was finished before I expected it to be. The rental company picked me up at ABRA and afterwards I was able to leave my rental at ABRA and they made sure that it got back to the car rental company. Some of the pieces that made my experience so good were the insurance company and the car rental company. However, the fact that ABRA works with both companies, made it a seamless experience for me.

People at ABRA were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable! Their before and after pictures are amazing: they do know how to repair and restore cars! Fantastic customer service!

Excellent service! Brought my Toyota in for bumper damage caused by another driver. My vehicle was turned around quickly, and the rental vehicle I had was able to be checked back in on-site, which was very convenient. We've used Abra under its previous names in the past and will continue to do so when needed in the future.

Abra did a good job as far as bodywork on my car the only issue was my back window replacement. Steve is who worked with me and he is a nice guy but they outsource window replacement. The issue I had was the replacement window had a large blur spot. Steve set me up with another appointment to fix the issue. Steve also stated if they take the tint off and they don't see the blur what else can they do. So I dropped off my car and he gave me a loaner 👍. The next day I went to pick up my car and he stated the window was replaced and was better. When I got in my car it was better but the blur still there. I decided to just accept it because Steve already stated basically wasn't nothing else they could do. The only other criticism I have is they could do better giving more of a follow up on the progress of your vehicle. Staff here are very nice and professional plus they do offer cold drinks while you wait.
