Just got my oil changed at this shop. Hopefully my car will continue to run properly, and from my experience so far, I have no doubt it will. I contacted Absolute Auto via email about servicing my car and unfortunately they didn't start work after 5pm, even though they are open till 6. So they emailed me back with other options and I decided to try and get it done over my work lunch hour, as I work nearby. When I arrived at 12, they knew I was coming and had a mechanic ready and waiting because they knew I was squeezing it in during my lunch, so that was cool. The people were friendly and seemed knowledgeable, and the waiting area is quite nice as well, not some tiny room with 2 chairs like most shops (see photos). As long as my car doesn't have any issues because of the oil change, I will definitely be using this place for future work.

They said they don't bargain .it would be 460 to get my window up it would take 2 hours for them to get the part and 2 hours for them to do the job but less than 2 hours they called me inside and said they were done and total price was 374. And I was happy. And they have a nice waiting room.

Pat is the best mechanic in town! My Ford couldn't be repaired by the DEALERSHIP, but Pat found the problem and fixed it! Always great, honest service at an affordable price. I highly recommend Absolute Auto.

I'm rescinding my 5 star review The level of customer facing care is no longer here. With Al's departure, the management landscape has changed for the worse. My Son was given a hard time scheduling an oil change. My girlfriend had an appointment and was not allowed to wait for it. My Sister was appalled when told they would not honor the warranty for her brakes. (lifetime and done at Absolute) The new leadership will lose my business. My car, my daughters, my son's, my girlfriend's, her boy's cars, and my Sister's. Seven cars, we'll take our business elsewhere, where we feel respected and a loyal customer Good luck Absolute
