This company is absolutely amazing. Kristin and her team have gone above and beyond to make this experience a pleasure. Everyone is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. They keeped me informed the whole way through the process of my car and how everything was going. I am local and I highly recommend Accelerated Collision Repair for all of your needs.

It is a shame we were unable to do business. As you can see in the picture the damage to the bumper was minimal. This place came recommended by a few friends so I got off of work early on Thursday the 15th and drove the car from Asheville, where I live, to Waynesville. The gentleman there told me it would take a week to fix the car and that he would be emailing me the estimate shortly. I waited the whole day but got nothing. The next day around 12pm I called to see if I could get the estimate. They said they would send it shortly. Nothing for the rest of the day. Finally Monday someone called me and told me it would be $1100. A week passed and no phone call or anything. I gave them another week. When I didn’t hear anything from them I called to ask how the car was coming. The woman that answered told me they hadn’t even started working on it yet, after two weeks, and wouldn’t start it until Tuesday the 3rd of September and that it wouldn’t be done until that Friday the 6th. Now for context we are a family of four with two little kids under 3 and this is the family car. We have managed so far but a whole week more was not what we were expecting. I told them I would confirm with my wife and I’d call back. Me and my wife agreed to it. I called them and told the receptionist that I would like to speak to Adam so we can confirm the car would be done by that Friday. She told me he’d call me back. He never did. A few hours went by and I called again but he was still too busy. Around 4pm I gave up and told the receptionist I had no choice but to get the car. This morning I went to get the car and Adam still wouldn’t come out and even explain to me what happened. The receptionist was the only one that spoke to me and gave me my keys. I was treated as if I didn’t matter at all. I will say that the receptionists were nice the entire time and I appreciate their professionalism. I’m sure this company does good work for insurance claims, where they can make big money, but it is obvious they don’t care about regular people. It is a shame that people like Adam could damage an otherwise nice seeming company. I will never bring my car here again and I will never recommend this place. If Adam would like to finally give me a call and apologize I would consider giving them another chance but that would require a level of humility this place is clearly lacking. Do better guys, do better.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough good things about the team at Accelerated!! After being involved in a "not at fault" accident, I was left with the unfortunate situation of having to pay a lot of money out of pocket because the other driver was uninsured. It was naturally a stressful time to say the least. Tim, Rob and the entire team have went above and beyond to turn a difficult situation into a smooth, positive experience. From the start they coordinated everything seamlessly between myself, my rental car, and my insurance company, while keeping me informed through every step. They were incredibly professional, met all deadlines, and even went the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was returned in perfect condition with OEM parts. Their attention to detail, communication, and commitment to providing top notch service really made a world of difference. I felt genuinely cared for as a customer, and I can’t thank them enough for making the whole process easier during such a challenging time. If you're looking for an auto body shop that delivers both outstanding service and peace of mind, I highly recommend this one. Truly one of the best in the business!!

We were so impressed by Accelerated’s Collision Repair service center! We picked up our car today, returned in perfect condition, and everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful in this whole process! We would highly recommend them to anyone needing a car repair!

I had a great experience at accelerated collision repair. They did a fantastic job repairing significant body damage on my jeep and they painted the whole car for me. The paint turned out amazing and the price was very fair. I will definitely be using them again!
