After leaving today I am very pleased with how my Jeep drives. Wow! I can say they were prompt, very efficient, and the service was outstanding. My family, friends, and clients come here. I stopped going to the dealership a long time ago for Vinny’s compassion and expertise. I have been going to Accurate for years and everyone loves Vinny. Thank you Brandon for going out of your way and ensuring the safety of my vehicle. You guys are awesome! I highly recommend Accurate Auto. =)

I came here for my tire repair, and I’m so glad I did! I did some research beforehand and read some great reviews, and they’re all spot on. The staff was super helpful and easy to understand. They explained everything to me in a way that I could easily understand. And the prices were really reasonable, which was a huge plus. Overall, I had a great experience at this repair shop. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their car fixed.

I am new to the Norwalk and was in search of a reliable auto mechanic, when I stumbled upon Accurate Auto Repair. I have taken my car here several times, and can say that this place lives up to all the reviews and hype! They are incredibly kind, patient, fair, and honest about fixing your vehicle. They will never try to rip you off by upselling something you don't need. If they can find a cheaper but reliable way to fix it, they will do it. But they are also very honest about the work, and will not just do the cheapest thing that will last you a few months. They will be upfront and tell you their honest opinion and find the middle ground between longevity/reliability and value for your money. These guys have been around for a long time, and I can definitely understand why. You can tell they take pride in their work, and they will not send your car out if it's not something they would drive themselves. They are a part of the community (check out their office- you can see what I'm talking about!) and I'm glad to have them around. Special shoutout to Brandon this time around, who took the time to constantly call me with updates and let me know what was going on with my car. He was incredibly kind on the phone, and in person as well! Thank you so much for taking the time to make sure I was comfortable with all the work that was being done. I have talked with the owner as well in the past, and he is also a stand up guy! All in all, this is the shop you want to take your car to if you want work done!

These guys went above and beyond to help fix what was a big issue on my car battery and starter for me, but what was proved to be a simple fix tor them. You will get honest service here, something which is rare nowadays.

Our 2014 Tesla S had a suspension clunk that Tesla wanted $5k to repair. Vinny and his mechanics resolved the problem for $2k, by replacing tie rods, control arms and shocks. Most importantly, though the previous mechanic had not advised replacing the tie rods, Vinny found that one tie rod was worn to the point of risking steering failure.
