Been a customer for about a year. Got an oil change today. On their website they say that an oil change is $70. Was charged $95 instead of that price listed online. Not only was I upcharged , but they told me I needed to get about $500 in additional maintenance done. They’ve done this to me before. And I was foolish thinking this wouldn’t happen consistently. Don’t go here, there are other trustworthy auto shops. My loyalty got me nothing but consistently haggling them for lower prices and refusing 2-3 additional services they always recommend I get. Disappointed.

This place literally RAILROADED ME! Went to get an oil change yesterday. The KID who did it saw what he THOUGHT was a leak of my transmission. My car hasn't EVER leaked anything. HE asked ME to come back to have a second opinion with one of their MORE experienced macanics. I had NO IDEA I WAS GONNA HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER 75$ FOR ANOTHER PERSON TO LOOK AT MY CAR! IT WOULD'VE been nice to know yesterday!??? Plus the old hag in their office is RUDE AF! THIS PLACE CAN BLOW ME!

I had the smog done on my car today at Ace Auto and the process was seamless from start to finish. I was able to make the appointment online and the people were prompt and efficient. I was out of there and back in my car in less than 40 minutes. Highly recommend!

Got a smog check done here and will say it was above and beyond. Mechanic Bryan (still have his buissness card) tested my coolant and found it was too acidic told me a few other things that were wrong with my car I told him I'd handle the coolant and the other small repairs myself. He was cool about it. I appreciated the attention to detail even if they were trying to get me to have them do the work. Super cool mechanic; shop was meticulously clean. After a positive experience I kept them in the back of my head as a place that does quality work. Fast forward to today and I called to get a quote for a head gasket replacement on my Toyota Prius. The lady I believe it was Sandy, on the phone said she wouldn't give quotes over the phone and I would have to take it in to have it completely inspected and basically torn down to the heads before they could give me a quote. She started to name off a bunch of parts as if I didn't know what any of it meant. When I told her I was quite mechanically inclined and familiar with the process and somewhat questioned what she said. She got defensive and attempted to belittle my ability to diagnose or have any say in the matter. She (what I felt to be mockingly) asked if I was a mechanic as if to insinuate no one that calls to have repairs is capable of diy. Tried to scare me by saying I would need 1000+$ in tools to work on a Prius because it requires "special" tools. That if all original Toyota parts aren't used I'm wasting my time (have read time over again on forums that felpro gaskets are designed above manufactures specs) Finally I asked her if they had ever even done that repair and how much others had spent to have that done. Was able to get a half answer out of her that customers had spent between 3-5k depending on several things. The price doesn't bother me but being condescending towards people without knowing them does. Cool mechanic clean shop but if the person I have to deal with for paperwork treats me like that. I have a hard time feeling good spending my money there. I believe it's always important to trust your gut instinct especially for this amount of money. Maybe should have stopped by and just talked directly to the people fixing the cars and I would have had a different interaction :/.... Will definitely return for smog checks and maybe other inspections. Will be hesitant to let them "open a can of worms" for me though. -Lucky T.

Sandi Ansley is awesome, honest and passionate about what needs to be done. She was great on giving me updates while I was out of town. I was recommend this place. If I ever need some auto work and/or info on my vehicle again, this is the place. Thank you very much for helping me.
