I have gotten my car fixed 3 times by this shop! As a young kid, sometimes I don’t know what I’m doing but Amber always kindly helps me out and recommends the best for me; maybe even teaches me a little extra! I will continue to take my car to them and recommend them to people I know! They are great! I was even able to get my fixing a little cheaper this last time and I even noticed they fixed a noticeable scratch near my hood!! Thank you so much !! I’m so excited to have my car back looking great! Trust worthy and honest!

We were extremely happy with the work done. They were quick in ordering the parts. Got our Jeep back very timely. The lady at desk was very patient with my husband, who is very particular.

First I called to get an appt for an estimate the lady said ANYTIME after lunch the following day. I went in the following day at 2pm and was told I had an appt for 1 and they couldn't do my estimate. I was unaware of a specific appt time but ok made another appt for the next day. Showed up for my appt and the front desk lady (Amber was her name according to my estimate) told me I was wasting her time and didn't want to do the estimate because I wasn't at fault for the accident (I was rear ended), I didn't need to get estimates, the other person's insurance would cover whatever I needed done... The whole reason I wanted estimates is because I don't know any body shops, I've never had to deal with this before. I wanted to make sure I was getting all damages covered nothing more nothing less. Amber was rude and very unprofessional. I told her nevermind don't do the estimate but she huffed and puffed and went ahead with the estimate. All she did was take a couple of pictures and didn't actually look at anything. I understand an estimate isn't perfect but the other 2 places I went were much more detailed and actually looked at my vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based on the front desk lady and her lack of professionalism. I was very surprised to hear I was wasting her time and found that to be very rude. The estimates I'm looking for were to put my mind at ease and make sure a few body shops were pretty similar about damages. I'm not trying to get anything more from insurance than is necessary. After all it was an accident.

100% recommend! You will not find better service or quality of work. If you are involved in an accident, they will walk you through the entire process, handle the insurance process and get your vehicle back looking better than before. The customer service is outstanding. Very pleased to have worked with them and can't thank them enough for taking care of me.

I would recommend Varn's Body shop! Excellent work in a timely manner! I especially want to recognize Amber the office manager! She was so awesome about keeping me informed and taking care of all the insurance claims! She made my experience very easy and stress free! Thank you to Amber and the body shop folks for your attention to quality workmanship and excellence in customer service!
