Acorn Tire & Service

Four years in and consistently the most professional knowledgeable, friendly, warm and kind staff I have ever met at any auto shop. And they really do high quality work. It’s very clear that they care deeply about the work they’re doing and not just trying to make a quick buck. Dmitri the manger is awesome but it’s not just him, every single person I’ve ever interacted with at the shop is really superb (sorry I don’t have the other names memorized). I even sometimes get to talk with the guys who work on the cars and they are incredibly kind, patient, professional and knowledgeable. I would have never believed you can feel so well taken care off at any auto shop but this place is the exception to the rule. I will always bring my car here for any and everything that Acorn tire addresses because they are exceptional. I can’t give enough praises.

I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and front wheel alignment. After Goodyear acknowledgedthat the worked had been completed and I fully paid for it.. I discovered that my tires that I had marked never were rotated and after complaining they finally did and completed the rotation of my tires. I no longer feel that I can trust them, to honestly do and complete the workI re requested and paid for.

Great service! I was having a terrible day with a flat tire in the pouring rain, 40 minutes from home. Acorn was the first place to pop up in my search, and thank goodness! Demitri said come right over, even though it was super close to closing time. I passed 4 other tire places on the way, but he was so kind on the phone I didn't even consider going to another place. He was professional and caring, took his time, and ended my day with a smile instead of the tears I was headed towards. Thanks so much. Go here for service, you won't be sorry!

Have to love them asking for my feedback which I offered below and then they responded by asking me to review them here, OK here it is: I presented a coupon that wasn't applied and was (I'm assuming) up charged for some special oil above and beyond the standard synthetic. I thought the industry has moved beyond that kind of BS. Apparently not at Acorn. Not planning on coming back.

I had an excellent experience with this service. The friendly guys helped me inflate my car tires for free. They were quick, efficient, and incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!
