I have been using Acorn Tire and Service/Goodyear on Aurora Ave in Naperville for 20+ years across multiple vehicles. They are my only go-to for tires and mechanical repairs. I have always been satisfied with the quality if their work. They employ only solid technicians who get the job done right. Somehow my review was deleted but I had a really bad experience with one of the guys in the reception desk - was really rude to both my father and me when asking for his services politely. I almost felt threatened to leave with the way the man was behaving but thankfully one of the other kind employees helped my father. It must be a stressful work environment especially with the winter. Honest hard working people, and I hope other people have better experiences than my father and I.

Acorn provided exceptional service. I was traveling with 3 kids and had a screw in my tire that needed to be fixed immediately so we could get to a hockey game. Acorn was able to get me in and out within 35 minutes without an appointment. I wish I could get that type of service at my local auto shop. Truly appreciative of the service.

Got a set of new run flat tires at Firestone Naperville. Very good advice on selection of tires, clean and quick installation. Great service. I’ll come back again if need any repairs in future

It was a rip off! I was charged $120 in labor to remove a head light bulb. They said the charge was due to a huge labor work removing the front bumper etc….they didn’t remove anything and literally took them 5 mins to do it and even though they didn’t adjust the labor charge. They took advantage of me for being a women too sad! Never going back!
