Action Tire Company

Came to this shop when I moved to CA a few years ago and they are a very professional and fair priced business. I brought in a Custom Lift kit for my truck and they installed it very quickly even though it required some cutting and welding done. They’re always willing to get whatever you need done to your vehicle in an efficient and timely manner. If you’re not already coming here for maintenance you’re missing out. Respectfully if you have any problems with their business you’re probably the issue or a Karen that insists they’re the main character on this planet.

Absolutely amazing customer service. The work they did for me, no shop could handle it these guys (Mike, Will, Armando) heard me out and ran with it . I couldn't have asked for a better experience going to a shop they make you feel like family. If you have any issues at all with this shop it's probably you thats the problem.

I recently had a frightening encounter with an individual driving a vehicle displaying the Action Tire and Co logo. This began when the person aggressively tailgated my car while flashing high beams, clearly attempting to intimidate me. Concerned for my safety, I tried to evade the aggressive driver by pulling into a nearby neighborhood, but the individual followed. Upon stopping, he parked his minivan next to mine, exited his vehicle, and began threatening physical harm to both me and my car. In response, I started recording the incident, which seemed to deter him from taking any violent actions. He eventually returned to his vehicle and drove off. I then relocated to a nearby park to contact the police. However, the individual found me again and approached my car. Realizing I was speaking with the police, he quickly switched places with a passenger, who drove away swiftly. The behavior suggested he might have been trying to hide something, possibly alcohol or weapons, based on his erratic and aggressive actions. This experience was terrifying, and it’s concerning that someone representing a business would behave in such a manner. For your safety and peace of mind, I would caution against engaging with this business, given the type of behavior displayed by one of their associated drivers.

Their honesty and transparency are much appreciated, is such a relief knowing my vehicle is in top shape, and is always a joy to drive my car after each visit

I had a brake and light inspection done here, but ethics don’t seem to be their strong suit. The fee is $150, whether you pass or fail. They asked if there were any warning lights on the dash, and I said no. After paying and waiting, I was told the vehicle failed for a few reasons—worn rear rotors and pads, plus a foggy headlight (one of which was brand new). They also said the headlight was aimed too high. I was quoted $700 to fix everything, plus an extra $80 for a retest. It felt like a monopoly, so I decided to do the repairs myself. When I removed the rear tires, I was shocked—the pads were 90% new. Regardless, I replaced the rotors and pads to avoid any issues, adjusted the headlight (which only needed a minimal adjustment), and had it buffed out. I wouldn’t recommend this place, not to mention the guy at the front desk seemed disturbed that I decided to do the work myself and not hand over hard earned money.
