Acura Honda Connection

I really love Acura Honda Connection - my partner & I used to take our old blue Honda Fit here. These guys are knowledgeable, kind, honest, and friendly - and if you're clueless about cars like me, they'll give you solid advice so you don't get over-charged. And they're so professional, they educate you without talking down to you or making you feel stupid. They even provided a loaner car for us when they worked on our bumper last year! The only thing is... I'm very sad they don't do body work anymore!!! I took my Civic today for help on my front bumper spoiler lip, and was devastated to hear the news that they've transitioned out of that line of work in the last couple months to focus solely on auto repair/tune ups/maintenance/brakes/muffler/exhaust stuff like that. I completely understand why - working with insurance companies and parts acquisition and limited space in the shop can create an unruly beast for the owners to wrestle with. I respect that - the owners should do what's best for the shop and the team after all. I also appreciate the guys taking time to chat with me and assess my issue anyway to give me some advice on what to do next. Like I said, the team here always does their best to equip you with knowledge to get your car in tip-top shape. Joey pointed me to a guy he trusts to do good work, levelled with me about price, and then before I left he even got on the ground and cut off the lingering, shredded remnants of my spoiler-lip so it stopped scraping against my wheels and getting caught in the wheel well. That small act enables me to actually drive my car around for a day while I find a new body shop! He didn't need to do that, but he did out of the kindness of his heart, and that's the kind of thoughtfulness I'm looking for in an auto shop - people who give you peace of mind and get you to keep moving through a stressful situation. How could I ever find that level of trust and attention to detail in another shop!? Anyway, thanks for all the great advice and work the past couple years, guys. Wow! Must say…Class act all the way! So impressed with the care of my 2018 Honda. The Staff is great and so smart. I have total respect and appreciate them. Yes. They have loaners - how great is that? So: yes, I do trust and appreciate AH connection. Kerry on

Chose Acura Honda Connection (AH Connection) based on their high ratings on Google Maps and Yelp, as well as recommendations I found on one Reddit post. I recently had an oil change and brake fluid replacement for my 2018 Civic here. Called for appointment a few days prior and brought my vehicle around 7am on the appointment day. They offer a loaner car while your vehicle is being serviced. Not sure how common this is in our area but Id say this is a really nice offering. Anyhow, I used a 2001 Accord with over 200k miles that still runs pretty well, which seems to be a testament to their skills. The price seemed reasonable. However, I noticed that one screw was missing on the cover for the air filter element. It should have had 4 screws. I am unsure if it was not put back or if it was missing the entire time, but if it was missing, I would have expected them to notice and mention it. Fortunately, it was an easy fix for me as I had some extra screws on hand. Overall still a pretty good experience and will be back.

This is the go to shop for your Honda and Acura cars. I've taken my Acura TL and Honda Accord for all maintenance and services for 10 years. Joey is my rep and he is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and will walk you through everything you need or want to know. This shop makes sure you are in good hands and they always make sure your car comes out better than when it came in. I will always bring my car here. Nobody does it better than here.
