Acura of Bay Shore Service

I had Kevin the service writer. He was kind, courteous, respectful, and professional. He also took the time and advised me/educated me on a warranty, I did not have and I will be soon purchasing thanks to him. They got my car in and out in less time than what they told me, it was going to take along with a car wash. I am very pleased and will absolutely be going back to them again. My experience from day one with this dealership has been nothing but Outstanding. From the purchasing to the servicing, I have never experienced such an enjoyable stress-free experience when dealing with a dealership.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Acura Bay Shore, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service I received. The mechanics, technicians, and service managers were incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and dedicated to their work. They went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was serviced to the highest standards. The team was helpful and transparent throughout the entire process, keeping me informed about the necessary repairs and providing detailed explanations. I was impressed by their willingness to answer any questions I had, no matter how small. The waiting area is a comfortable and inviting space, perfect for relaxing while your vehicle is being serviced. Ample seating, complimentary beverages and snacks create a comfortable environment. A small suggestion: Adding a few charging stations for phones/laptops would be a welcome addition for those who need to stay connected.

Had my first oil change and the staff was so kind, upbeat and professional. They even had snacks drinks and coffee. They even Washed my car afterwards. So happy with their services. Keep up the great job. I also want to add that Paul Williams was so wonderful. He helped me through the entire process of getting into my vehicle. I was nervous and he was very thorough and professional. I got that service with a smile. The entire team are fantastic and try to work with you. My finance guy I think Robert was also amazing. The gentleman also helped me understand the features of the vehicle. Very thorough as well. I see why this is the number 1 dealership. They have a client for life. I highly recommend this dealership over any other.

The customer service with this Acura dealership was just incredible and impressive from the moment I made my call to make the appointment , to them following up with the texts and a call regarding the appointment date and time. I was working so my boyfriend had to take my car because it’s about I think 45 minutes to an hour away , he told me he was beyond impressed by everyone he interacted with , from checking in the car , to the service people …he just raved about them, and of course, we shared the experience with a few people already because in this day and age, you just don’t see that kind of level of customer service . Every single person beyond pleasant, helpful, and professional , five stars for sure!! Highly recommend!! Quite a group, thumbs up!! Kevin ,service rep, wonderful!!!
