Acura of Valley Stream Service

I had a fantastic experience at the Acura dealership when I took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. My service advisor, Courtney, was absolutely wonderful. She was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process so easy. I especially appreciated how she checked in on me while I waited. I'll definitely be back for all of my car's service needs, and I highly recommend this dealership! if it wasn't for her, i would probably go somewhere else to get work done on my car

After a very difficult morning, I walked into Acura expecting the worst… I was thrilled to have met Courtney, who could not have been any kinder any more efficient and any quicker than she was in resolving my situation. She made a difficult morning Turning into an easy experience as she had my car fixed and ready to go as quickly as possible. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the manager whose name I cannot recall he too was beyond lovely and provided me with excellent service. Thank you so much!

Ms. Courtney Jackson has always provided excellent customer service. I have been fortunate to know her for 15 years. She is knowledgeable, gives good advice, and is very helpful. Overall, this Acura Service Center is excellent.

I brought my vehicle here because my back up camera malfunctioned. I was told there would be a $195 fee for diagnostics, which was fine. I received a call 4 hours later telling me that my camera was working fine but it dislodged and fell into the trunk cover. I was told they needed to order a new part for the trunk and the total would be $937 for the part and labor. I assumed since I have a warranty it would be covered. Not! I was told because the camera dislodging was not mechanical, the warranty wouldn't cover it. I declined the service and picked up my vehicle. After paying the $195 for "diagnostics," I was assured that the $195 would be deducted from the $937 if I chose to continue with the service. I declined and left. I took my vehicle to a body shop down the street from the dealer and asked if they could fix it. I waited 20 minutes and the body shop manager told me my vehicle was ready, camera was mounted and working fine. I paid $0! No part needed to be ordered. The camera just needed to be remounted. Why couldn't the Acura dealer just do that? Crooks! I will never bring my vehicle back to this place.
