Went in to purchase a headlight bulb for my 2015 Impala…. Had some problems getting the right one..but in the end with the help of Cesar ( the manager) and Daniel ( the salesperson) everything worked out great! Great customer service there!. Will keep going there for all my car part needs!👍

It was 6:30pm & I was 3 hrs into a 12 hour trip when my CV axle failed. I called in from a local garage and spoke to the manager DK who promptly located and pulled the parts for me. Being short on time and resources to get the job done, he went over and beyond to help me get the right parts to get the job done right. Even stopped by after closing to ensure I was good to go for the rest of my trip. This is the kind of service that is A++! By far the best auto parts store experience. This is coming from a mechanic with over 20yrs experience in the industry and a long term commercial customer. DK should be the platinum standard for excellent customer service!! I appreciate all that you did to help me out. Hats off to you and big thanks to Advance Auto parts for always being well stocked and having great quality parts. I just wish they would honor my old platinum status so I can actually save money. Their current system doesn't make it worthwhile for my small business to actually make a profit.

Purchased a replacement battery & had it installed for free by a very competent ( Thank you ! Jay ) store clerk. I also used them a year back for our other car. I highly recommend this place. Good & helpful staff. PS online discount did not apply to car batteries !
