Rather rude staff working here. Not helpful in locating where other stores might carry the parts. Your store is closing because it is underperforming. Don't take it out on customers.

Hours are wrong both online and on the front door. Came at 5:56 and doors are locked- employee turned us away.

I was visiting LA and was a 12 hour drive from home. My alternator began to fail. I went to Advance Auto as that's the parts store I use at home. Todd Carter helped me and went above and beyond. Not only did he help me figure out it was my alternator, but he also checked the new one to make sure I was getting a good part for the long journey. Advance had all the tools I needed to get the job done in the parking lot. I'm so impressed with their customer service and expertise. I'll stick with Advance Auto, and if I'm ever in LA again and need parts I'll be coming back to this same store.

Went in because I needed stuff to spray paint something for my car, Ed and Angel helped me throughout my shopping experience and walked me to the aisle with the stuff I needed and even gave me recommendations on different paints and clear coats that would work best for my project. 10/10 service. Employees here are knowledgeable and helpful. Would come back!

I can't recall the guys name who helped me, and I wish I could. A young hispanic guy with all the patients in the world did everything possible to help me out. I needed an oil filter socket for a prius, which was sold out everywhere. I was really impressed with his knowledge of the products, and he showed me different alternatives I could try. I showed him a picture of a dog and jokingly asked if he could identify it since he knew so much and .... He did! - That cracked me up! He looked in the computer and walked my manager and I over to where the filter sockets are kept and helped me with some spray paint and had a great sense of humor. I ended up getting a different oil filter wrench and some other stuff I really didn't need, just because of how totally cool this employee was. I'll go back and shop there again for sure. The store used to be Pep Boys. In fact, the garage attached is still. It's really nicely remodeled inside, and they are super friendly. Great employees make the difference. Check em out
