Zero Stars. Working on my transmission while there was a decent day of weather and per Murphy's Law, I needed something before I could put it back together. I searched online and found it available at this location. I drove here straight away and the staff seemed annoyed that I was in the store 15 minutes before closing time. Though it said they had it, the staff said that it was probably in the back and that they were not able to look for it. They were not sure how soon I needed it, but if I called or came back in a few days it should be available. So I'm supposed to leave my transmission all over my driveway I guess. Needless to say it was now closing time and I returned to my truck to start searching for alternatives and other solutions. I was greeted by a knock on the window, and one of the staff, whom I thought may be following up or being helpful, rudely said, you need to get out of our parking lot, we're closed. Pardon me for being more concerned about how to resolve my problems because you didn't want to look in the stock room. Definitely should have chose somewhere else, and not a mistake I will make again.

Advance Auto diagnosed my suspect car battery while it was still in the car and found to be in need of replacement. To my surprise, they checked their computer records and discovered the battery was still under warranty. The sales technician was very knowledgeable and he installed a new battery right on the spot. There was no cost the me. I can die now. 😁

Their staff is fantastic ! They even offered to put the back windshield wiper blade on just to be nice 😁

I know when I go to Advance Auto Parts I will receive great customer service with a positive attitude. I was having an issue with my car battery and Tim did a super job of diagnosing the problem and getting me back on the road quickly. If you have streaky wipers they'll help you pick the right ones for your car and install is free. They're the best in the Omaha Metro.

My wife brought my son’s 2000 Ford Mustang in because of a dashboard warning light to the Advance Auto Parts in Elkhorn, NE. She was helped by a young fella named Tristan Mosher. (I had to call the actual store to get his name and by luck he answered the phone after the first ring!). He not only diagnosed the error code but was able to give expert advice on what the possible causes were. She was very impressed with his professionalism and automotive knowledge. Since he owns a similar vehicle he actually topped our son’s slightly low coolant level free of charge from his own personal supply and directed us towards what to buy in the future at the store for further needs. It made the experience feel like they were in a local, small town shop. Advance Auto Parts as a corporation has gained a family of lifelong customers because of this young man. Thank you, Tristan for setting my wife’s mind at ease and keeping my sons car on the road. We will be bringing all of our vehicle parts needs and additions to this Elkhorn, NE location because of this. Keep up the great work and know you are appreciated.
