Advance Auto Parts

I’ve been visiting this location for years and they’ve helped me with a variety of things including wipers, general parts/issue help, and most recently a stuck gas cap. All the employees are incredibly kind and helpful. I appreciate this location and the staff very much!

Had to get a replacement battery. Went to a different location prior to coming here and they said it was too cold and wouldn't help me out. Ethan and Prince are AMAZING and willing to install my battery. I will be back!

I love the convenience of Advance Auto Parts, specifically the late hours, which are extremely accommodating for the people who work later into the evening and still need to grab something to take care of vehicle maintenance. They have everything you would need, and what's not in stock can be ordered and in store within a few days tops. Prices are comparable, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love that when you're pricing a part, they've typically got several options at various price points to help you regardless of your financial situation. As we all know, a well maintained vehicle is a must this day in age!

I decided to give this location another chance , and I can say wow! I previously left a bad review but did want to update it and say , I had a way better experience when I came in, the manager was attentive and very very respectful! This location is closer to my house and after the change of experience, I’ll DEFINITELY be returning! Five stars all the way!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I brought in a couple batteries and needed to grab a new one. Manager was nice, but the kid at the counter seemed to have a pretty established routine for scamming people. For starters, they have a large yellow sign strategically placed so you can see the screen, but NOT the area where your total is shown. When he brought up the batteries, he said my cheapest option was $200, but he accidentally scrolled down a little too far and for a split second I saw a $140 battery. He tried to scroll back up, but it was too late. I saw the SKU and went and grabbed the $140 battery. I was due two core charges for the batteries I brought in and saw him add that to the order, but then when I got home I noticed that he removed them when I wasn't paying attention. He also added a $5 battery install kit that I never asked for. I assumed it was a freebie that came with the battery, but later noticed the charge on my receipt. Almost $30 in fraudulent and erroneous charges is unacceptable. Now I can never go back in there and will have to drive much further for any auto parts I need. I'll also have to endure the headache of trying to get a refund. I'll update this review when I have a resolution on that. UPDATE: After asking me to contact them, taking weeks to reply, and then making me send the receipt TWICE, the CSR said they cannot help because they don't even use the same system as the Adv Auto store I purchased the battery from. Hilariously bad. This company deserves to go out of business.
