A day before I did my battery test, and they advise me to leave the battery to recharge overnight. Next day I went to pick up battery and the I ask the young guy called Landon to install my battery and he refused to do the installation. Instead of helping customer he is playing his mobile and simply sitting And I install the battery and ask help to screw up to tight the battery. He said he doesn't want to touch my battery, and I ask him his supervisor's phone number. He said he is the supervisor and don't want to share his name and number. Later other guy helped me to tight the battery. And he told me Landon is just the part time worker. I found such a lier worker in Advance Auto Parts. Very Upset with your worker. If you do not want to help customer, then dont touch customers property also.

I’m mad but happy at the same time. The lady who’s the manager old lady bigger size needs to be fired and Landon needs a raise. The older manager lady turned us down saying “We don’t have the tools to do a battery test and battery installation” but yet it clear was advertised on the store building. She said “No can’t do it, sorry” and Landon who works there said “Yes I can do it we have the tools.” After Landon was done replacing our battery the lady manager was yelling out the door “Hurry up, we have people waiting on you.” I’m not understanding how is the she a manager but can’t do her own job, pathetic. Landon walks back into the store I came with to get a battery refund exchange & the lady manager was still bitching at Landon again saying “Why you take so long, we have other people who need help.” My response was “He was obviously working helping us out with our battery, what is your issue”? So first of all she didn’t want to help us, then she lied about not having the right tools, got caught in her own lie. Then was harassing Landon about why he took so long when he was clearly working. I’m happy Landon helped us with all his experience he was accurate on what he was doing but other workers that can’t do they job are useless

Our company has a commercial account with Advance. Jess and Bret (and of course the drivers, but I don't know their names) always go above and beyond for us, and always get parts to us very quickly!
