Absolutely the most shadiest thing I have ever seen. Woke up Sunday morning looking to spend some money and found some really cool clearances out deals! And went in to purchase them! Found some items on the shelf, and went up to pay for it! Manager was already hovering and question me, no big deal I was shopping. Had my four year old with me and to say the least my 4 year old was more understanding of the situation. This place was absolutely my worst experience in an auto parts store. I’m just glad that I wasn’t the only one to experience the weirdest thing. If I could rate employees most of them where on there phones and not helpful at all, and Bryan Tucker the GM for this store was allowing employees to not do much. The store was open and functional for almost a hour, before I arrived. Just really didn’t like how I was not able to purchase anything I had in my hand. Will never be back to a mother advance auto again. Highly recommend Napa they honor prices they advertise! Pros Good stuff Quality tools Cons Don’t honor prices Prices are not right with product Product for sale on the floor is not for sale on the floor.

Bryan went above and beyond for me today! I came in to get my battery tested he immediately got all the stuff and went outside and it was COLD. We got it figured out and I ended up needing a new battery. It was a little pricey and he suggested other stores that might be cheaper but I was so satisfied with his customer service I just went and paid for the little more expensive one. He did an excellent job today!

Went in to get a battery and the free installation. The young man gave me the wrong battery and “attempted” to replace it and said I need to take my car to a shop to have it replaced because it has extra parts around battery. Ok? After going back to get the correct battery, my friend replaced it in 15 min.

Chuck deserves all the recognition and A RAISE!!!! Woke up to a dead battery today, called in and spoke with Chuck, he let me know they do free testing and installation!! I stopped by after work and he made sure to check my battery first to ensure it really needed replaced. Upon looking in the system it had the wrong size battery, he noticed it was too small so he pulled another one that was similar but ended up being too big. He and another coworker searched their inventory and found the correct fit for my car! After a quick installation IN THE DARK he had me turn on the car to ensure it was running properly. (he even cleaned up the corrosion on my cables) I feel like any other person would have just installed the battery that was input in the system, he really took the time to actually fix my problem. MAJOR SHOUTOUT TO CHUCK, A LIFESAVER!
