Worst Customer Service and Bad Business Practices I had a terrible experience with this store. The customer service gave me the wrong transmission fluid, which ended up costing me around $200 in damages. When I returned to the store to replace or exchange it, they refused to accept the return. The management and customer service were unhelpful and dismissive. This kind of behavior reflects bad business practices and is potentially against state and federal consumer protection laws. Management and customer service “cashiers “are thieves, scammers, fraud, they deserve to go bankrupt?! If you have had a similar experience, I encourage you to consider filing a complaint or seeking legal action. Businesses like this should not take advantage of hard-working people

I was in serious need of replacing my car's battery and their team helped me out tremendously! The store manager Carmen along with John and Jason gave great customer service, helpful suggestions, and care when finding the right battery and proper installation. Thank you guys.

It was my first time using advanced auto parts, I was getting parts for a 64 nova . Joe E.went above and beyond to track down what I needed. With people like him behind the desk, I'll never use auto zone, or O'Reillys again . I couldn't believe the steps he used to get my parts. Outstanding customer services skills. I'd give an 11 on a 1 to 10 scale. Thanks again for your help Joe.

Worst experience ever. Saul, the so-called manager at this store, was good for nothing and had a very bad experience. I purchased a battery at this store on 04/21/2024. On Sunday evening, there was another manager at the store. At that time, she advised that we have staff shortage, and we cannot replace your battery instead come on Monday morning 04/22/2024. Before I could leave the store, I understood from the manager I could walk in anytime on Monday morning to replace my battery. I went to the store on Monday morning at 11:15 am with the receipt and asked them to replace the battery. The lady at the counter just said we cannot do it now, but we can try accommodating your request post lunch after 1:30 Pm. I was a little not happy and requested to connect to the manager. Then comes the so-called manager, Saul. He was very arrogant and was not ready to listen to my issue. He kept saying I can only fix it after 1.30 Pm if not issue a refund. The question to Owner I kept hearing from your staff they are short-staffed on every day, and they cannot leave the counter. As Saul was interested only in giving me a refund, I canceled my payment and took a refund. I went to Stevens Creek store and my issue was looked into immediately and there was only 1staff at the counter. He just finished my job immediately total time spent 20 mins with billing and fixing my battery. The owner needs to investigate this immediately and even other customers have raised same concerns about this manager.

They don't have the products they advertise, they make you wait outside the store for 3 hours before buying to have your oil changed.
