Purchased a car wiper. Employee opened the package and explained how to put it on. Went straight out to the parking lot to put it on. Wiper was poorly made and did not fully touch the window, leaving streaks. Went straight back inside. Two different employees came out to look and agreed and tried to make excuses, but Advance Auto Parts would not take it back because of their store policy of not taking back open packages. It did not matter that they were the ones who recommended it, opened it, and even checked to see that it was installed properly!

Jeff is a dream! He is so knowledgeable and courteous!!! We need more people like him in the world!! This location is the best! Clean and so organized! I found everything I was looking for thanks to Jeff’s knowledge and expertise!!

Great place for all your Auto Parts needs and the employees are always good at matching what you need with make model and year of your vehicle even if they don't personally know the computer looks it right up for them, very convenient and good prices compared to other auto parts stores

I just had to leave a review because it has been so long since I have run into someone who is not only pleasant but actually wants to help you. Jeff was so nice from the moment I walked in. He helped me choose which size wipers I need and get the best deal for them ! He helped me get what I needed and then put on my wipers and put in my windshield wiper fluid. He was such a breath of fresh air. Oceanside and advanced auto are so lucky to have him!!! I was in and out of there in 10 min ! The best !!!! I will continue to go there !!!
