Went to visit and needed help, and this young handsome man named Chris helped me really well. He was a nice boy, probably about 18 with big curly hair working on a Thursday morning. He was MORE than helpful and I really appreciate his help. To the management of this place PLEASE make sure to tell Chris that me, Tyrell Jackson really apricates his service and he did a spectacular job!! I will be returning soon just for him!

Good thing I found the receipt because they wouldn't have been able to replace the battery that I bought less than 2 years ago, LESS than 2 YEARS! Manager needed to be educated to learn how to help customers better. Been going to Autozone and they have replaced my battery so may times, no problem by using my phone number. Advance auto parts couldn't do it without your RECEIPT. Good thing I did find it.

Untrained employees who go back and forth about policy. One second say no they dont price match, then later yes then later no. The first guy says oh you already purchased the item so we cannot price match you have to go back to the original advance auto. Then he goes to his boss and comes back to tell me I have to go the retailer I want the price match and come back with a photo. I asked the guy to check on his system the competitor price and he said no. Am I married to advance auto to go see another store and come back here to buy finalize my purchase?? Insane drama.

Not good place for Battery change. On 24-JUL-2024, I got new battery from Levittown, NY and as per online deal they replace battery. First of all, the person who changed the battery was not happy to do that work and while replacing the battery he pull out the battery with force that broke the coolant pipe connection to the radiator. When asked, he just put it back without checking if part if broken or not. On 27-Jul-2024 the coolant pipe came out and all coolant were spilled. We got all engine light , VSC code all alarming signals in the dashboard. I tried to fix it but the pipe keeps on coming out. When checked with other Advanced auto parts from Farmingdale and Bay shore, they told the truth as connector pipe is broken. When inquired with Toyota dealership, they are saying I need to replace complete assembly for coolant pipe that connects to radiator as half of the connecting pipe is broken. It seems this might cost me few hundred bucks to fix all. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANY BATTERY REPLACEMENT.
