Customer service was awful. I walked in Purchased a few items and then I asked a question regarding my windshield wipers. The guy at the front desk kept saying for me to do it myself. If I could’ve done it myself, I would’ve but I obviously needed help And he denied me of it. There’s a big snowstorm in effect and I really needed help. Just awful and Condescending attitude. I’m just a girl I know nothing about cars. This happened today at 9AM. My advice would be please Employee someone who actually wants to work and has some knowledge of what’s going on.

Do yourself the favor and just drive a little farther to the advanced auto zone in Oceanside they are top tier .they always have the correct part and make sure they give you the correct one as well .The advanced auto in island park is a disgrace .Each time I've went there for a part I was given the wrong part claiming for it for be correct and I end up going to ocean side to have my issue resolved. lastly is the employees on register taking customers that are behind you because the employee is friends with them all while giving a attitude and being disrespectful because I spoke up .this store should be shut down .Save your trouble and just go to the store in ocean side

Love that they will charge my battery without a hassle for free had truck and car batteries charged here nice slow charge took about 3 days for the truck battery 🔋
