Picked up a travel trailer a few weeks ago. The battery had frozen and burst over the winter. The guys at the store were awesome!!! They took out the old battery and put in a new deep cycle Diehard battery for me. Being handicapped, it would have been difficult for me to change it. Great employees, extremely helpful and at a very good price... Thank you Advance Auto in Lewisburg!!!

I had an alternator issue draining my battery and left me sit. Not certain of the guys name, but he went above and beyond taking my battery inside for a quick charge, reinstalling it, and getting me going again. I made it back home safely. A massive THANK YOU to the man for everything he did 👍👍👍👍

I went for a battery check ( in which it took them a while to even get the tester on right) and it came up that it needed to be replaced, which was great but then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't touch it because I got it from a buy here pay here might think I'm trying to steal the car if they unhooked it!!!??? There are extra components on the battery but a quick look up and it literally comes with my type car, which means they have no knowledge of what they're doing and with only 2 people in the store in which I am still on hold and at the time 10 min ago they had no customers they put me on hold and never came back it just kept looping and ringing. I love advanced but not at this location definitely would not recommend.

Update: Yeah the super nice sales associate said it was compatible and it was NOT AT ALL. Had to take it to a mechanic only to find out it was the wrong battery and the electrical problems I experienced were due to that. So this incompetent person cost me $150 on top of the $200 battery. So wow. Shop at your own risk here. Needed a battery, they had a battery. Associate was super nice.

Guy brings his dog behind the counter. I don't think he even works there. Usually not a big deal but takes up the only reserved space in the parking lot.

Prices are absurd! I understand pricing has increased across the board but this place is crazy. I needed NS3 CVT fluid to change filter and fluid in my Nissan. Yes they had it but costing $16 per quart! Walmart has them at $9.88. I understand having a slight difference in pricing but this is too much. You’re better off parking your car and ordering parts online, period. 4 out of 5 employees at advance auto don’t know a thing about cars anyway. If that computer can’t give them answers they are totally clueless. Example would be the amount of transmission fluid to add after draining and changing filter. The answer I got was 8.3 quarts. While this is true, it is much different from draining fluid and changing filter. The entire capacity is 8.3 quarts! I am not flushing the entire system nor am I removing the transmission. You may have anywhere from 4-5 quarts drain out of the pan. It’s best to collect what you drain and measure so you know how much to add back in. Or buy a dipstick. Newer cars do not have them. The normal person would have dumped 8.3 quarts in because that’s what the guy said at advance auto! You’d be about 4.5 quarts too much! So what’s advance auto around for anyway?
