Arrived at 7:10 on a Sunday with a dead battery and Janet refused to help because they were closing. The store closed at 8. We had 4 dogs in the hot car so we were desperate. After we asked to see if she had the battery in stock, Janet took her time finding the battery (it was 7:40 by the time we got the battery. It took her a half hour to find a product in her back stock) and then informed us she wouldn't guarantee it was the right one. Basically her computer doesn't know what it was talking about. (We did a Google search and found the information that it was thebcorrect battery.) Several times she informed us she was unable to help because they were closing and she was VERY rude. If it had not been an emergency, we would have left. We got the battery and left the store to go to a house and install the battery. When we went back to return the core, the same person was again very rude and informed us the electronic copy of the receipt was not going to work and she couldn't help us. After we are refunded, I will never go back or say anything nice about this store.

Thank you so much to Kylie and Janet at this location! They promptly helped me to find a replacement for my car battery which was actually the only one they had in physical stock that I desperately needed today. These two ladies were so sweet, welcoming, and let me relax after my purchase so I wasn’t waiting out in the heat for my ride. I highly recommend this location from the friendliness and phenomenal customer service alone.

I went here yesterday to ask for assistance with changing my plates on my car from Minnesota to Wisconsin plates. I had a good experience with the help I received from the employee who helped me. I purchased some Black Ice vent air freshener and new plate screws. The plate screws that were in previously had different lengths in the back and flathead screws in the front.

I arrived with my car to show the check engine light and wanted to know if I could get that checked. They were able to do so, then on top of it the person that helped me googled the code and showed me a video of a possible repair for the code. Thank you so much.
