I commend these guys on their excellent customer service. Frank the manager was patient with all my questions (and I had a lot). And he answered all my concerns and provided technical answers I needed to hear to validate parts needed. The technician by the name of Saul was also incredible with his customer service as well as Payton. Gentlemen, you are truly all appreciated and special thanks goes out to Frank the manager for making things happen. 8:58 and they locked the doors, needed specific coolant for VW that gas stations don’t have. Don’t advertise you’re open till 9 if you lock the doors 5 minutes early. 30 second transaction . To top it off, I was about to pull away and a guy who had been sitting in his car in parking lot when I pulled up, gets out of his car finally and turns out he’s the store keyholder and unlocks the door to go in. I say something about closing early, he just yells back and doesn’t try to remedy the situation.

Recently had my gas line cut. Frankie helped me solve my problem. Unfortunately, the part I needed wasn't available, and instead of just pointing me to the door, he took the time to dig deeper and find a solution. The solution worked perfectly. also allowing me to borrow tools to remove and fix the problem while still in the parking lot. I am forever grateful that Frankie took the time and made my terrible morning a very less stressful one. Thank you.
