We were out of town because our daughter was fighting, and ultimately lost, her battle with a one of a kind brain tumor. The night before we had to sign the paperwork for her transfer to hospice care it snowed and right after leaving the hospital the battery started to die. Not good in a drive by wore car. We barely got home. Jumped it the next morning and limped into AdvancedAuto where both Junior and the GM Eddy overcame some odd system issues and not only replaced the battery under warranty but removed the old and installed the new one for us. These folks didn’t have to go out their way and here they were on the frozen ground in snow in temps around 15 changing it out. You made our lives a little bit better and our journey possible today. Thank you Eddy and Junior! These guys took the extra minute to correct their computer record, honor our warranty, and install a new battery in our car today. Today is one of hardest days of my life. My 24 year old daughter is transitioning to hospice care today. Brain cancer. We are on the way to be by her side and because the world is harsh we have a dead battery in our car. And these guys just treated us so well… took care of us… froze outside to replace the battery… it’s like 5 degrees outside… so heck yeah I recommend the place. Shop here. Support these guys. I've always liked Advance Auto stores. The people who work there are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My 2nd car is a 2009 Camry bought new from the dealer with only 100k miles after 15 years... so I don't often need parts; however, when I do need parts I go out of my way to Advance Auto because somehow the few parts I've needed for my car were unexpectedly made in Japan, and not China... ergo, better quality. I also find parts and fluids at Advance are cheaper when pre-ordered online, or they price match other stores they've said... which I never took advantage of since it's silly to haggle over a few bucks like I'm at an outdoor street market in Uzbekistan.

Car battery failed and they replaced under warranty. Very smooth transaction with counter person. Will shop there again for parts.
