I always use advance auto. Today I needed a battery and was assisted by Matt. He was very helpful with assisting me choosing the right battery. He also did a great job with the installation. If you ever need a battery, just go up to advance auto in commack.

Just bought a new Battery from Advanced Auto and I must say I thought customer service was gone forever. Not so here, our new battery had an issue when we left the store. David and Steven left the shop and came to us and discovered that the bolts from the original battery were causing an issue. They replaced them and made sure we were good. Started and stopped the van a few times until they were sure we were good to go. We found a new Auto shop.

From the moment I stepped into Commack Advance Auto Parts, the customer service was superb. I needed a windshield wiper and started discussing my car with Dave. Besides buying the wiper, I explained how I couldn’t get my interior windows clear. He explained the logic of a dirty cabin filter & engine filter! We took a look and it was black sticky dirt. They were changed and no more problems .. Thanks for working in our community & taking care of our cars !! Dave is extremely polite, kind, caring, and very customer service oriented ! I will definitely refer family, co-workers & friends to him for business.. Kindness goes a long way ! thanks again!

Excellent customer service ! I had a warranty on my windshield wipers and noticed one had needed a replacement. I simply walked in, explained my wipers needed replacement & in minutes I received a brand new installment at No charge! Toke literally 2 seconds for the work! No hassle! Thanks! 5 stars!
