Very very very few of the counter people know anything about cars or trucks. They simply plug in your year/make/model information into the computer... Also, because of their higher prices, you're forced to go to places like Walmart for oil which is generally about $10 cheaper per gallon.

*UPDATE FEB2024- same issues, have even gotten a bit worse-I will not be going here anymore. 2020-Lately when you go in, you're barely acknowledged by at least three people working there, doing something other than helping you. Sometimes they take a phone order while they're helping you and it drags out the process. Happened to me more than once.

Salesman are great.l was checking my windshield wipers and noticed the blade was spilting.Went to store explained what my issue was and he looked up part needed and installed . I know it's a easy fix but nice to have it done for you 😊
