I don’t even know where to start. This is the The second auto parts store I went to this evening because the lights on my smart car were blown and I called prior to coming to the store. I spoke to Ashley on the phone and when I got to the store, Ashley remembered me from our brief conversation over the phone. She then helped me with the bulbs that I needed as well as the fuses that I needed. I don’t think I would’ve been able to do it without her. I am so appreciative of her generosity she even went as far as to come outside in the cold and help me she definitely deserves employee of the month as a small business owner, I can only pray to have someone as good as Ashley in my company!

Hey advanced auto parts all your product are great but unfortunately one of your employees who apparently named himself a boss. He was the rudest person I've ever experienced it was today 11/26/2024 i was trying to return an item that I purchased the day before and he refused to help me with return and then I said I wanted somebody to assist me with it and he goes like I'm boss no one else is gonna do it he started laughing at me on my face and making fun of me how rude he was very unprofessional and i don't understand how could advanced auto parts have someone as rude and aggressive as him a lead in there i would not recommend anyone to go that place

Customer service sucks!!!!!! Middle aged white gentleman had me waiting over 30 minutes choosing to converse instead of doing his job and getting the customer what they need to get to work on time! Horrible customer service and will never be going back there as long as this gentleman is in that store!
