I can't express my gratitude enough for the outstanding service I received from Paul at Advanced Auto Parts on Brookhurst and Garfield! Today, I walked into Advanced Auto Parts with a perplexing issue – a foul odor emanating from the vents in my SUV. After being quoted a whopping $2000 by a mechanic to remove a rodent, I was left feeling helpless. That's when I walked into Advanced Auto Parts. I initially inquired about a potent vehicle deodorizer as a more budget-friendly alternative, and Paul didn't just give advice; he sprang into action. With incredible expertise and dedication, he inspected my vehicle and swiftly pinpointed the source of the odor – a diseased rat! Even though this was beyond the typical scope of Advanced Auto Parts' services, Paul didn't want me to face an exorbitant bill. He took it upon himself to disassemble part of the car, extract the rat, and thoroughly disinfect the area. I was absolutely blown away by Paul's commitment and kindness. Was at Advance Auto Parts in Huntington Beach last night looking for parts as their stores are closing. PJ was just awesome helping us looking up parts on their computer and locating them. He even go out of his way looking for parts for us (letting us know they have a higher quality timing belt and ask if we would like that). Now, that's unparalleled service. You just don't find them often these days, especially from a store that's going out of business. Would go back to them and PJ anytime, and if PJ found another job at a retail store we go to, we will definitely follow him.

PJ was an incredible help! They had all the parts I was looking for and PJ went above and beyond by changing all of my break lights with no additional charge. He offered 10/10 service and had a smile the whole time. He saved us about $160.00 in service fees. Thanks PJ!

I chose AAP for a new battery for my mint condition 30 year old Grand Marquis. I was impressed with the customer service, starting with my introductory phone call. PJ didnt just sell me a battery; he answered all my questions, he educated me on all-things-battery-related. His exemplary customer service made me feel like an important customer. He also performed a battery system performance check on the new battery when I returned to drop off my old one. My family is impressed with PJ and we all will be shopping at this AAP location for our automotive needs. I changed the battery myself and I had PJ check my work, just for peace of mind. I would give you 10 stars if that were possible.
