I recently ordered parts online from Advance for in store pick up. The store had the order ready for when the website said it would. Pick up was quick and easy. Store associate service was friendly and very helpful. This store has it's own parking lot. No time wasted. Perfect. Thanks guys!

I frequently make online pick-up orders and when I show up, I am told that they don't actually have the item I purchased. This happens even though I get notified that my "order is ready." This location is also horribly understaffed. I understand that it is not always under your control, but it is a very frustrating shopping experience. There is often just one employee frantically trying to handle the customers and phone line.

Nick was a great salesperson. He is very helpful and friendly. He knows what I need for looking a replacement battery. He takes his time to take care of us. I will definitely go back for the service.

It was Sunday evening and I needed a new battery. I called the store and they told me I could come in and they can install it. When I got there, I was greeted by Anik (Md). He was very professional, courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. He explained my options and his recommendation. Anik changed my battery and had us on our was in no time. I definitely recommend this store if you need a new battery or anything for your car. Thanks Anik!
