I visited the store to purchase some oil and needed to use the restroom. The manager, who exhibited unprofessional behavior, informed me that I had to make a purchase first. He made this assumption despite the store being empty and claimed ownership of the establishment, displaying a typical attitude associated with such individuals. I did not see any signage indicating that a purchase was required prior to using the restroom. I intended to buy a case of oil and a filter, but I will now take my business to AutoZone. The manager, who identified himself as Max, demonstrated an attitude that I believe is unacceptable. If I were the district manager, I would consider terminating his employment, as his conduct regarding restroom access is unreasonable. Furthermore, when I attempted to make a purchase, as he had instructed, he shouted that the restroom was closed, which was very unprofessional. His demeanor is evident in the attached photo. It is concerning that the owner or district manager has not addressed the recurring negative feedback regarding Max, as he has been mentioned multiple times. It appears that he also attempted to misrepresent his position by claiming ownership of the store.

I visited location to see if they were accepting UPS packages for drop off and the manager Max agreed to take package. When I returned to drop the package, he refused to take the package stating it was too big. I told them what about our earlier conversation but they still refused. Poor customer service.

Advantage Auto parts welcome me with a smile. I had ordered the wrong part online. Reorder the correct part The item up at the store It took me less than 15 minutes for the whole process. Ordering online can up to 30 minutes before picking up your item at Advance location. Everything went smoothly with my process. Thank you Advance.
