I walked into the store and went up to the counter with three employees standing behind it, who never acknowledge me the whole 10 minutes I was there. Two were on the phone and the third one was listening to the other on the phone. They never even look at me the entire time. I turned around and walked out and still no acknowledgement

Staff is great! 5 stars for them! Problem is with the pricing. The games with coupons. Buy these to get this much off etc. What a crock. I just turned to buying parts on Amazon and getting them at my door, that's how I am able to get thr best prices. Stinks because I liked going to the parts store but I don't need the run around on my wallet.

Friendly and knowledgeable sell staff. I would have given it five stars, however I just want a brake pads, they were out of stock, be a couple days possibly before they would come in so I bought the ceramic brake pads about $23 more expensive, but however they'll last longer. So I guess that's a trade up, wanted just a simple 10 mm socket or wrench, they were out. They should look at their tools and reorder.
