Always helpful. They staff there is so nice and knowledgeable. They always take good care of me. They also hook me up on discounts for my business. They seem to always have the parts I need in stock or later the same day. Very clean location inside and out. I love the rewards program they offer on parts and fuel ⛽️ discounts. It's also very easy to get in and out of the store very fast with the parts you need because the counter has like 3 or 4 parts people at the counter at all times. They also deliver with there delivery trucks and are very fast with doing that after you place your order. It's also very easy to get to rite off of Pierson Rd and easy to get back out to Pierson Rd after you have gotten what you need. A must use Autmotive vehicle parts store. They also have all sorts of vehicle accessories and cleaners for your vehicle. They always have great deals in there weekly flyer offering 🫴 even more sales on oils 🛢, oil filter, air filters and other commonly used vehicle parts.

Well two years ago I wrote a good review for this location but I have deleted it so I can voice my new opinion. There has been what seems is a big turnover of staff. They may be trying but it’s just not the same. My biggest reason for this review is to tell everyone there is a product/brand to stay away from. I purchased a PT Performance Tool grease gun. Tried it out and the grease coupling does not work as advertised. I had to pry the coupling off with screwdrivers and pliers. Thought I could get a refund but the one year warranty only covers giving you a replacement. Ok, did that. The manager said he had never had an issue with them. I’m wondering how many he has purchased. Got home with the new gun and the same problem with the coupling but not as bad. On top of that this gun will not pump the grease. I plan on returning this one after I dig all my grease out of it. Already lost a full cartridge with the first return. I will keep returning them until I get one that works or until they run out of this model and have to upgrade me to a grease gun that might work. Stay away from model number W54204

Really good service, came in on a Monday evening. Matt and Emma were working and got me in and out within 15 minutes for a new car battery. They were pleasant to deal with and got the job done much quicker than I anticipated it would take. Thank you guys!

I was helped immensely by the guys working here...I had just had a terrible experience with another auto parts store. The gentleman here went above and beyond to help me out..I can't recommend this store enough, they value their customers, I'm only going to deal with this store from now on deserves 10 stars
