Located in a stand alone location, the parking lot was full when we arrived. The store had plenty of customers and 2 cashiers. The employees not only moved the line quickly, but they came out from behind the counter, to help some of the customers look for their items. Our cashier did the same thing for us and when she saw that they didn't have what we needed, she made an alternate suggestion. Both employees were pleasant. Being an OCD female, I hated that the outside was like a garbage dump and that technically (if you obey signs) you're supposed to exit on the side street, not thru the same entrance. But it was a good experience on a busy Saturday morning. (And we didn't even get what we went there for)

With a phone call I can have the parts I need ordered. I have been dealing with the company for many years and find when I speak to Dave everything is done correctly. The workers I find oh very helpful and knowledgeable.

I’m sitting in the driving of my home writing this review… I’m too elated and impatient to go inside and emphasize how marvelous the staff has been in helping me retrieve a pretty damn expensive package that I assumed was missing due to mixup by UPS. The gentleman at the front desk, Namsey (forgive me if I misspelled) is the personification of GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND in the realm of customer service. Initially, we scanned the shelves or the UPS package drop off to no avail. Namsey could’ve called it a day and reassure me that it’d be dropped off another day BUT he called a UPS Delivery Associate who normally drops of packages to this location, Darryl to revive some clarification. Darryl at first suggested that I stop by the UPS facility near Pelham to take a look but instead decided to drop by the store. I was willing to wait until the store closed to get my package but he popped up in a blink of an eye. Mans was on a mission fr. Mind you, it was almost 8 pm at that point and he was likely done or almost done with his shift. He had every right to end his route if he wanted to and I wouldn’t have blamed him. With Darryl’s eyes, we took another look through the drop off shelves and in like a minute LO and BEHOLD, my precious cargo in all its pricey glory. An extra UPS label was slapped on top of the original label and damn near blocked off my name hence why I was struggling to find it the first few times. 😒 Needless to say, both gentlemen went THEEEEE extra mile when they didn’t have to and my heart is full of gratitude towards their kindness and patience. I surely can’t thank them enough for their diligence. 😭 Good people still exist yall. 🥲
