After using Advance Tech to replace brake pads and rotors on my Mercedes Sprinter, I have to think that all the negative reviewers must be related to the competition. I had a great experience with Rick and Tim. They were generous with their time, explained different options and ultimately saved me $500 from what the dealer was suggesting. I will refer my family and friends to them. It's nice to know a trustworthy mechanic.

My son and girlfriend took her car for a very serious issue, which perhaps could have caused cost her life and anyone around her. Rick was able to diagnose the problem.. lower control arm separation. Rick not only fixed the issue, but checked the suspension, to ensure everything was okay, and...did not charge them for the bolt and Cotter pin he installed! What a relief! I recommend his shop and Rick's HONESTY to anyone, TOTALLY STISFIED!! Thank you Rick and staff!!

Zero star, had Rick do a pre-sale inspection for 90 bucks, said car was in great shape. After i purchased the car i got the dealer records and it was previously diagnosed with an oil pump leak, upon further inspection sure enough fresh oil on the side of the engine. Took it back to Rick and asked him to look again and he said it probably started leaking once I left his shop. I said I drove it less than 10 miles and the oil leak was diagnosed over 100 miles prior to me bringing it in. His answer was "oh". He didn't even drive it a mile during his inspection. Sorry man but you will not get any more of my business. I knew the car needed some work going into it and luckily I now know this shop is not the one I'll use. In the grand scheme he loses.

Rick just make money. And actually not only Rick. Auto Repair in US is one big fake... any American repair shop will try to get more money from your wallet cause you people don't understand even how work brakes in your car... I was work on this shop and what i can say-any customer of this shop was and will be charged extra for nothing... Good luck..

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! My truck was running rough so I got it towed over to his place since it was closest to my house. He charges $95.00 for a diagnostic(other places charge 50-75) He mentions after he has his mechanic open the hood that if you have after market parts on your vehicle he won't even look at it. So i had to pay 95.00 for his mechanic to do nothing. On top of this he wanted $285 for labor(says it will take 3 hours) and $150 for parts(spark plugs) to change my aftermarket part to official vehicle parts and then he would take a look. Autozone only charged me $103.00 for official vehicle parts and took me 1.5 hours to do the job myself. Definately go to another mechanic that is nearby or your official dealer for a diagnostic
