This shop took me in right away for 4 new tires and a front end alignment and the discovered I also needed 4 struts and shocks. All of this was completed the same day and they gave me an oil change on top of all of that. I can't believe the difference in my vehicle. It's like new drives straight and is quieter than it was. I took my 2010 f 150 in for a tune up. I had a Misfire. So they changed the plugs never did do a dynostic. The next day I took it back because it was still misfiring. This time they did a dynostic and found 7 different things wrong. So they took everything apart and cleaned it. Never did replace any parts other than the plugs and charged me $540 . My truck is now at a different shop for the same issues. I was ripped off for $540. I will never be back and I will not recommend. I am hoping that I don't have to replace the plugs again because if their ineptness.

My husband uses his van for work..van leaking oil pretty badly. John said bring it in at 8, he would have it diagnosed by noon and hopefully done by the end of the day! Boy did he deliver! He knew what was wrong by 830! Done by the end of the day and for a great price! Back on the road! Highly recommend!
