Well, the best I can say is that they responded quickly to my online inquiry. They got my vehicle in and, for a $150 charge, looked at my exhaust (which had rusted off) To see what needed to be done. As a single gal, you can all appreciate it's a tough place to be when you take a vehicle in- you never know who you can trust... They quoted me $2200. For exhaust. I went to Midas, and got the same work done, much friendlier service, for $1400. How is that possible?? I'm not sure, but you can bet i won't be going to Advanced in the future.

Advanced did a great job solving my car problem. I was able to get in quickly and they came through with exactly what they predicted at a very fair price. I plan to use them for all my 4 cars maintenance. An honest and reliable auto repair shop is like finding a gold mine.

I brought in a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.2 V8. The problem I had was leaking trans pan. They replaced the gasket and after setting overnight noticed the garage floor was full of trans fluid. I took it back for assessment and I guess they torqued the bolts holding the pan more. Well, a year later, the pan is leaking again. This Jeep I had in for service is a low mileage 25 year old time capsule that is very rarely driven, I will be lucky if there's more than 500 miles driven per year. The work they performed should have been done correct the first/second time. They also talked me into new shocks, not a good choice on my end, since the old ones were perfectly fine. I now have a front suspension noise. I'm skeptical about talking to them again since I'm sure they will say it's been too long, even though this vehicle is only driven very sparingly during the summer months.

I've been using advance for my last 3 vehicles (American and Japanese). I can always trust that they'll check and try their best to fix any issues that I bring to them. They'll also tell you if it's not yet time to replace/fix something. They also communicate well to make sure you get your car back quickly.
