I’ve taken my car to Advanced Automotive in Batavia for many years. The staff, mechanics and the owner; Tony are exemplary. They gave me a quote to repair my heater core in my 2005 Buick Lacrosse and left the car for repair. Advanced went ahead with this tedious job and would not stop until it was fully accepted by Tony. Although there was attempts after attempts to flush my car out due to sediment inside my radiator, Advanced continued many hours of due diligence to get it right. I truly felt bad for everyone because it was a massive project however, my car was pulling hot air better than ever because of their efforts to get it right. I knew there was more time spent than quoted to me for the repair but when I went to pick up the car thinking I would be hit with a higher price; which I would understand, Advanced Automotive stood by with their original quote. I was amazed and cannot thank them enough for this service. I highly recommend these experts to work on your car for their knowledge of automotive technology is their forte. By the way, Advanced Automotive also repairs and maintains snowblowers so please keep them in mind.

I took my 16 year old car to this repair shop for headlight replacement. I asked Tony to make an inspection of the car as it felt "tired" with its performance. He found a few items that I'm sure would have resulted in having to tow my car if those items were not repaired. End result of the suggested repairs: I thought I had a new car!! The drive home and the next few days were a real treat. Couldn't get the smile off my face! Highest rating !!

Tony always makes sure your car is properly repaired. Shop does a great job keeping customers informed and charges a very fair price for the services they provide.

Wow again. Been going to Tony and his team at Advance for over 10 years. Sometimes for mowers, some times for blowers and most recently for an older model rider mower. They have always come through and stand by their work. Can't go wrong selecting Advance.
