Terrible customer service!!! My change oil light remained on after my oil was “changed”, low windshield wiper fluid light remained on after my fluids were “topped off”, no sticker was put in the windshield and no video was sent to me after the car was inspected.

I have taken my 2017 Chevy Malibu to Advantage Chevrolet Bolingbrook for several years. My most recent visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. Every winter during the first freeze, my tire pressure drops. I head over to the service department and they work me in. Members of the service team are always pleasant and friendly. They keep me updated on their progress and don't try to upsell me for other services. These are the reasons they get my business.

Oil change takes over an hour. The longest I’ve been there was an hour and a half for an oil change! When you ask about the status of your car some of the representatives are rude. I encountered one last Thursday. He was unapologetic and unprofessional. I really hate coming there to get my oil changed.
