I have been driving with toyota for about 10 years now. Every model I have driven has been fuel efficient and reliable. I've been coming to the toyota advantage in valley stream for my regular service maintenances. It's always under warrantee so I don't pay for anything. While your waiting, take a walk around the Green acres mall that's a 5 minute walk from the service center.

So I normally don’t write reviews like this- but today was my first ever service appointment for my own car since I’m only 18- Celine was my service advisor and she exceeded my expectations that I had going into getting my Corolla Cross serviced for its 5,000 mile complementary maintenance. She was incredibly sweet, pleasant and such a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships and service centers these days. I had 2 technicians servicing my car, and I was out in only 45 minutes. Thanks again to Celine and Advantage for making my service quick and painless. Hopefully this can continue going forward.

I had went to Hillside Toyota last Saturday because my TPWS was malfunctioning, they wanted to keep my car the entire weekend just to let me know what’s wrong with it by Monday (not have it fixed by Monday), I need my car for work during the week, so I didn’t. I did find it upsetting they couldn’t find out what was wrong and fix it same day considering I went in at 12. Told myself I’d try Advantage Toyota this weekend to see if the response would be different. I was assisted by James when I drove in. I told James what was wrong and if it could be fixed today. He let me know right then and there the price & that he’d have my car back to me today which made me super happy. All in all experience was great, got my car back same day, sensors fixed, and price was reasonable (he honored the original estimate and did not switch up the price or add on any crazy fees when the job was done). I will be returning for any future services I may need.

I have leased two cars from Advantage Toyota. In each case, I have tried to have my cars serviced there. However, booking appointments to address multiple issues is always a cumbersome process (multiple phone calls), and you will need to work around their schedule (rather than them working around yours, as is typical). For example, I was recently informed that they could not address a recall, basic maintenance, and a mechanical issue on a single day (Friday) because "we don't do recalls on Fridays," for a car that they sold me, with less than 10,000 miles on the odometer. I was then informed I would need to bring my primarily family hauler in twice in a week to have these issues addressed, which is not feasible given our schedules, nor would a functional service department make such a request. I called another slightly more distant dealer and they were happy to address all issues same day (Friday), and it only required a single phone call. What a difference. Will be sending my business there.

Just bought a brand new 2025 Toyota Camry and the gas mileage is terrible. I called up and to my utter surprise they use a call center filled with people that don’t know the first thing about cars. After this I was told that a service technician will call me, he never did. I had to call back to beg them to get someone on the phone. When I finally got someone on the phone he was very difficult, was completely non understanding in regards to my need for a loaner which in his words “we might have one for you in 2 weeks or might not” with basically no way for me to lock down a loaner. They have lost my business.
