Got my car towed from a gas station from this place. Me and Chris bumped heads at first but he really is an alright guy if you ask me : I got my car back for way less than what I was suppose to pay . He was so understanding and patient with me . I really appreciate him . He is just a man doing his job. Chris is invited to the cook out lmao

Terrible took my car and block my number so I couldn’t pay for it so they can add extras days for more money do not go to these guys actually they need to go out of business poor customer service .

They towed my car and this company likes to charge a high amount of money to pick up your car in their yard, they like to steal from people, they are cheaters BE CAREFUL, they make you sign outside the gate on their phone, he says it's the receipt , but when you enter the yard and you are in your car you cannot claim ANYTHING because they tell you that you have already signed and you cannot claim anything for any damage to your car, they also have a false address on their website it says that There is Boiling Springs and there is another business when its real location is in Wellford when you pick up your car you better call the police first so you don't have to go through problems with these people they like to steal people's money...

No one wants to be towed, but Chris was a nice guy to my boyfriend who had his truck towed at CEV. Everyone had the same charge to be towed and he showed up on a day they don’t release cars. Overall good experience, hard to get ahold of in the morning at first but once he answered he got it 100% squared away and responded ASAP. My purse and bfs $$ power tools remained untouched in the truck so no worries about that.
