Air 1 Auto and Towing

These guys are great. Used them twice in the last 3 weeks. First time they were the only to answer. Second time was today 1/5/24 and we were stranded at Menards in the snow storm. Called around and was told only emergency’s due to weather and so many calls, so called A1 and they came through, even in the snow storm! My hat is off to these guys. Don’t make my mistake not calling them first!

This owner is amazing. Called him with a flat tire on the side of the road no spare. His only tow truck was in Columbus and he was at home but took it upon himself to come out an take the tire off, took my fiance to Walmart to replace the tire an brought him back and put the tire back on. Even had to make a special trip back to his house for another tool because the lug nuts were stuck.he really went above an beyond to help us.

This guy lied and said he would tow my car to the tire shop for 60$. Lied and came to my house with the part to raise my car but NO tow truck. Told me he’d take the tires to the tire place. The next day the tires were done at 11am. He didn’t come bring my tires till 6:30pm the next day. Had he towed it like he says, I could have caught a right to the tire shop and pick up my car at 11 when it was done. I had appointments today and my son had basketball practice. He didn’t care. Took his precious time. Then when I told him I shouldn’t have to pay the whole 60$ because you lied and said you’d tow it, not bring your personal car and just take the tires off with your pump!!!!! My whole day was waisted because he lied! He should if told me when I called, he didn’t have a tow truck at the moment. Then told me he was gonna take one of my tires off if I didn’t pay him the 60$. If I was a man, I would of whooped him! He was out for a quick buck! I’m calling the better business bureau and whoever else will listen! He is so non professional

My battery literally melted down at 3am. My Farmers Insurance Roadside Assistance dispatched Justin and he brought me a brand new battery and installed it very quickly in almost below zero temperatures. Thanks!

This owner was awesome. He went beyond his duties. Had severe caliper trouble, and break line issues. And being so far from home, i was in a tight spot. After calling several mechanics from the surrounding area, he was the only person to tell me YES I can help bring it in. He had me out in couple hours. (Waited for parts) His prices are very far. Thank you sir.
