To be honest, I'm only giving this place 5 stars because they unload pretty fast, Other than that, the parking here is super tight. From what I can see, I believe theirs 2 upper and 2 lower level docks, so 4 total docks. Depending on what you're bringing in, you'll be assigned to said dock. For example, I have automotive parts, so I was put on the right side of the building on the upper level dock. Another driver brung in batteries they were put on the left side of the building on the lower level dock. I have a sleeper 53ft combo, so it's doable. Just take your time and have your tandems slid to the front it'll help. The road you're backing off of isn't that busy either, so don't worry about that. As far as directions I came from NJ. So my best route was GWB to 295 to the LIE (495 east) to exit 35 For Shelter Rock Road. When you get to shelter rock road make a right then follow it all the way down to Herricks road. When you reach herricks road make a right, then follow it out until you reach rockaway Ave. Stay to the to left for rockaway Ave ,then follow it out till you reach Stewart Ave. Make a left on Stewart and follow it out, then it'll turn into cathedral ave. Stay on cathedral ave, then it'll turn into president street. Stay on president street then stay to the left for peninsula Blvd. Once you're on peninsula Blvd stay to the left for W Graham ave. Onve you make the left on Graham ave you'll come up on rose ave. You'll see a Mercedes dealership at the corner. Just make that right, theirs no truck signs but you're good to come down here. if your not experienced driver please dont come you may do damage to your truck or trailer. it realy tight and small door to dock. its not worth the money they pay!

Loading docks are tight. You can probably back up to a door around 7:40 but won’t start until 8:30 or so, they took 2 hours with my load. You can probably stay overnight behind the building. Good luck

Goes by the name Ford Parts Giant online. TOTAL RIP OFF PLACE! Ordered a part, they sent me a totally different part. They would not replace the part, they would not return the part cause they said the order was under $20. With shipping, which they also owe me, it was over $20. They are ripping people off $20 at a time. Update, they say I am confusing them with someone else, yet their return address is on my package that I got today WITH THE WRONG PART. They won’t do anything to fix the issue.

Don't delivery on Saturday the facility will not receive the load unless you paid the warehouse person off in CASH wish is ridiculous scamming hard working drivers. Not sure if the owner is aware of this situation.
