Great experience with Jose. I was out of town and parked my car near the airport. When I came back my Tesla was showing 0 miles. I called to have it towed to a nearby charge station. Jose showed up in 20 minutes, offering to follow me first instead, until my car fully died. My car ended up barely making it to a station with -4% charge. Didn’t end up needing the tow but he followed me to make sure I got there. I offered to at least buy him lunch which he denied. High quality person and great service. I’d use them in the future if I ever needed a tow.

BEWARE WHEN GIVING YOUR CREDIT CARD AS A FORM OF PAYMENT WITH THIS COMPANY! ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES STOLE MY DEBIT CARD INFO AND PURCHASED OVER $700 WORTH OF CAR PARTS. On 3/6/24 my car died and AAA dispatched this company. Their employee named Rakan came to my house and changed my battery. He took my debit card to his truck to call in the payment to the office. A month later I see a charge of $707. I call my bank to dispute it. They initially deny it because they said when the purchase was made it was delivered in the same city I live in (Rancho Cucamonga) and they were able to see that he used my full name and billing address (but he got it delivered to his personal address and used his initials RM) and to the bank it looked suspicious on my end since all my personal info was entered. After months of fighting this and doing an investigation we were able to trace this purchase to their employee. Your employee stole from me. I have proof the address, receipt with his name, photo of him in front my house changing my battery. I would very much appreciate if you pay me back what you stole from me. Also, if anyone else has shared a similar experience with this company please contact me.

Called for a tow to a body shop that was already closed for the day. Airport Mobil Towing kept it overnight and brought it in the morning. They were very accommodating and understanding.

Extremely rude dispatch. Hung up on me multiple times and refused to give me any names of who I was speaking to. They told me to take it up with triple A. Hung up on me 3 times. Ridiculous. Their dispatchers are hiding behind the association they have with Triple A after treating customers like trash. My advice if you need triple A service in the area tell them you want the next closest.

Whahhh whahhh whahhah👎👎👎⛈️⛈️SERIOUSLY?! I get I have Triple A, but a female needed a jump at 1am and the estimated time of availability was 5:09 AM?!!! You people were 2 mins away from my location?! Two Words that put this CANCELED CALL 2bed. !!!!!!!!!!!!!" EPIC FAIL"!!!!!!!!!
